Creative for hire, since 1999.
Hands-on. Creative/Art director. Web and graphic designer. Cat lover. Instant photographer. New Yorker. Williamsburger. iPhoner. Occasional Sous Chef. Snack enthusiast.
Over the past 18 years, I’ve acquired a broad range of experience working with web development shops, digital agencies, and traditional agencies both large and small. It’s led me to value interpersonal relationships the most, above all. Process coupled with good communication is equally important – which can propel a project forward, or the converse.
The short of it is that design can be looked at like a puzzle from all different angles. Communication, process, and then finally, product. The trick is turning the proposed problem into a solvable puzzle. Get the three or so messages across succinctly, clearly. Show the user the most direct path to their answer. Keep the copy clean. And add to it all of the accompanying ups and downs of design that you either love… or hate to love…
Enough talk. Let's get a coffee and get started…
